MEGA RARE

George Harrison ' All Things Must Pass' 3 disc Box set.

Original 1970 first pressings on the first pressing Apple labels.

THIS IS A VERY RARE THING INDEED. IT’S NOT EVER BEEN PLAYED. IT COULD HAVE BEEN KEPT IN A MUSEUM IT’S THAT GOOD.

Be the first very first person to sit back, chill out and put the needle on this classic 1970 box set. Or keep it in museum quality for prosperity.

I know it’s never been played because my father in law brought one and got one as a gift. This one went in a box in his attic only to be discovered by me in the summer.

IT’S DEFINITELY AN ORIGINAL ‘TRUE’ FIRST PRESSING FOR THESE  REASONS:-

It has some big differences from the pressings that followed that mark it out to be an original 1st pressing:

• It still has the extra specially made insert that only ever came with the first few hundred pressings.  This is one of the real differences that identify this cover as one of the first few hundred ever made.  The first few hundred ever made had a plain cardboard bottom on the inside of the cover (all later covers have a 'white' bottom and later still an orange!!)  And this is where the 'extra insert' comes in. When this box set was first conceived the idea was to have a plain cardboard bottom to the inside of the cover and to cover this with an 'extra' stiffener insert which was coloured orange to match the inside left hand opening side of the cover. However this idea was immediately dropped (due to time & production costs) and it was decided to line the bottom of the inside of all later box sets, not in cardboard but in white and later still in orange  Naturally those later pressings do not have this specially made 'orange' insert!!!!  This was confirmed to me recently by a record store owner who said that quite literally only a few hundred were ever pressed like this - before the change was made!!!!  AND You’ve got to remember that even the tiny fraction of 'earliest' 1st pressings that did originally have this insert would have lost it over the years - which makes this box set even rarer still!!!!  Not only that but this box set is in stunning condition and is seriously rare like this!!!!

• Another true first pressing feature.  It has UK 1st pressed records with 1u matrix endings inscribed to every side.  (later ones don’t)

• It has 'textured' 'coloured' inner sleeves with the same colour on the inside of the inners as the outside (later ones are white inside)!!!!

• The 'full size' poster has 'Made in Great Britain' printed in one corner, and has a lightly textured 'matt' finish (later ones were 'glossy' and usually not made in Great Britain).

• The cover has a 'leather effect' textured finish to the black part of the cover (later covers don’t)

AND IT’S AN ABSOLUTELY PERFECT COPY OF THIS BOX SET TOO. ALMOST NEEDS TO BE SEEN TO BE BELIEVED. SEE PICS.

• The record labels to ALL records are in MINT/ A1 with NO writing, NO wear, and NO spindle marks at all.  It’s clear that these records have not been played.
• The vinyl to ALL records is in MINT/A1 condition!!!! These discs saw no wild parties, the disks have no scratches or blemishes whatsoever.
• The records also come in their ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Textured' Coloured 'Lyric' Inner sleeves, same colour in and out. They are as good as new. NO splits and NO creases!!!!
• 1st Press 'Full Size' Poster is in perfect condition. As I’ve stated it’s never been out of the box, apart from when I photographed them.
• The ULTRA RARE 'Earliest' 1st Press Orange Stiffener Insert is in mint condition.
• The Outer Box is in STUNNING condition!!!!  It still retains a perfect box shape and ALL the corners have NO splits!!!!  There is barely any edge wear. NO spinal wear, only very slight corner wear on one corner. Perfect and Undamaged hinge. NO writing, barely any yellowing, and no grubbiness. The front picture on the top of the box is in mint condition with barely any yellowing, no writing, and barely any rubbing at all.
• The inside of the box is in superb condition. Obviously it hasn’t been opened since 1970.

THIS BOX SET IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!

IT’S A CORKER!! IT’S BEEN TREATED WITH REAL CARE, INFACT IT COULD HAVE BEEN IN A MUSEUM FOR THE LAST 35 YEARS.

A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR A REAL COLLECTOR
