CONDITION/SLEEVE: Excellent+. CONDITION/VINYL: Excellent+. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Another wonderful release from Polydor's extraordinary Circle Of Sound, home to the wild and the wondeful. Amongst the most eagerly-sought of all FUNKY SOUL-JAZZ LPs, "Moody" is an album filled with the most magnificent beats and grooves and remains one of the best releases of this genre to emerge from England during the 1970's. The GENTLE RAIN were: Alan Hawkshaw: Piano ~ Brian Bennett : Drums ~ Kenny Wheeler: Flugel ~ Nick Ingman: Moog Synthesizer ~ Dave Richmond: Bass ~ Clive Hicks: Guitar ~ Alan Hakin: Tuned Percussion. "MOODY" is an incredibly difficult record to find in any condition, but almost impossible to find in this shape. I wish I had a scanner to show you the beauiful cover art.
