A quick statement first. I have been going to yard sales, estate sales and auctions for lots of years now loooking for LP's and never once have I ever found a Gene Vincent LP. This album came out of the same auction as the Wanda Jackson LP we have for sell this week.

First let's deal with the cover. It has some light ringwear on the front top, a little rubwear on a couple of corners, a small split from right to left along the top seam (about 2 inches), some ringwear on the back cover and on the back cover the owners name written in ink.

Now the vinyl: There is a blemish on the first cut on each side. I am only quessing, but it looks like it was stored where the heat may have affected it somewhat. Before anyone ask there is no warp in the vinyl and the blemish is only in the early party of the first cut on each side.

I have recorded the first cut from each side and you can hear how the blemish affects play. The media player plays each cut back to back.

When you click the media player you will hear both cuts play entirely through blemish so you can hear how if affects the sound of the LP. The rest of the two cuts and the remainder of the album on both sides plays beautifully and would certainly grade Mint-.
