Record conditions are described in good faith and as accurately as possible in the limited space available. However, a detailed report as to the sound quality and sleeve condition can always be prepared on request. Records are graded according to the Record Collector standards and are summarised as follows:-:
Excellent: May have been played a few times, but shows no deterioration in quality.
Very Good: Has obviously been played frequently, but without any serious damage.
Good: Well worn with serious background noise, although it should not actually jump.
Fair: For the desperate only.
Bad: Effectively unplayable.
Please Note:- All records are second-hand and in some cases may be 40/50 years old. Although we do always try to err on the side of caution when describing condition there can, and will be, differences of opinion.
