Description

This is Checker #1165- "After The Laughter" / "To Be A Lover".  "After ..." is a great midempo piece with fine vocals from Gene with great arrangements and production from Gerald Sims and Carl Davis. The 45 is in very good ++ condition - the vinyl is nice and shiny and doesn't appear to have been played more than a handful of times.There are a few light marks on the vinyl but both sides play with no problems. This is an odd press with all the credits (title, artist, producer in dark blue ink instead of the black usually found on Chess/ Checker/ Cadet 45s. Thanks for looking!
