Side 1/Side 2: Some faint surface scuffs & scratches, a few more slightly feelable small scratches, some light surface noise or crackle in parts, still plays pretty well. 
Label: Yellow/Black. "PRESTIGE RECORDS, Inc., 203 South Washington Ave., Bergenfield, N.J." Deep Groove on both sides.
Matrix: "VAN GELDER" machine stamp on both sides.

Sleeve Grading: Very Good (VG)

Front/Back: Laminated cover, 4" top right 2" top left seam split, light edge & corner wear, still fine.

NM NEAR MINT = Slightly less than perfect, vinyl has a few slightest of wear, nothing major.
VG+ VERY GOOD PLUS = Has a few more minor scratches and scuffs which shouldn't affect play.
VG VERY GOOD = More scratches and scuffs than VG+, but still in fairly nice condition.
G+ GOOD PLUS = Excessive wear, may have some skips or warps and usually quite noticeable surface noise.
