You are bidding on a pre-owned 33 RPM record.  This package is in really nice condition.  When I got it in the lot of LPs I purchased I went through it and found the signed publicity photo inside.

I don't know how much Gary did in terms of meet and greets with the fans.  Either way this is a VERY rare thing to find these day.  Yes the price does reflect this added item
All vinyl we sell is visually inspected and graded according to the eBay standards as listed on the site.  This record will be shipped in a generic, acid-free inner white sleeve if the original sleeve is no longer present or badly worn.
