Description

Rare best of album by Gary Numan. This LP went on sale for one week only in the UK before it was withdrawn because Gary had not authorised its production by the German part of Beggars Banquet. I seem to remember that only 500 copies made it to the UK and most of those were melted down. I managed to get a copy from a private music shop in Newcastle called J.G. Windows (still going). I only ever played it twice as I had all the tracks on other LP's. However when I looked at it recently it has two surface marks on the record - I couldn't believe it as it has hardly been out of the cover. I have just played it for probably the third time and there are a couple of audible clicks but no jumps.(giving it that authentic vinyl sound!) I even have the original shop receipt(included) on which I wrote the name of the album and artist. The date is 15 May 1981. The gatefold cover is in excellent condition. The track listing is FILMS-ARE FRIENDS ELECTRIC-REPLICAS-EVERY DAY I DIE-DOWN IN THE PARK-THIS WRECKAGE-CARS-METAL-REMEMBER I WAS VAPOUR-COMPLEX. Free postage and packing to anywhere in the world.
