Description

Here's a great 1972 release on the Seraphim label (IS-6100). Wilhelm Furtwangler conducts the Rome Symphony & Chorus of Radio Italy in a 1953 performance of Wagner's complete Ring Cycle. Boxed 19 album release, each opera is seperately boxed with NM libretto. The included "Seraphim Guide to the Ring" LP remains new & sealed.

Condition - The individual opera boxes and the larger set box show light wear. The boxes grade at VG+ to NM-. The records are shiny. The single LP Seraphim Guide to the Ring is still sealed and mint. The box sets are open. Some sides appear unused and unmarked, some sides have very light signs of play. The records in the boxes grade at NM- to NM.

Regarding shipping - I ship quickly using new, professional grade materials. Shipping can be combined on multiple title orders.

Regarding grading - I try to grade by Goldmine standards - Mint (M), Near Mint (NM), Near Mint Minus (NM-), Very Good Plus (VG+), Very Good (VG), Very Good Minus (VG-), Good (G). I do not use the grade Mint on unsealed, opened records, discs or tapes. I reserve that designation for sealed items only. The highest grade I give opened, unsealed items is NM. Grading here is strictly by sight unless specifically noted in the condition section.
