Scuffs, Hairlines and some concentric stylus marks. Nothing deep, but the record is likely to play with some noise
Sleeve 
I haven't graded the sleeve because, at some point, it has been home laminated. It's a very neat job, but the kind of thing that gives Island collectors palpitations.
