Description

This is the original RVG-stamped deep groove mono “P”-pressing of Freddie Redd “The Connection” on the West 63rd labels of Blue Note BLP 4027.  The playing surface is in near-new condition, with a high luster; perhaps played once; inaudible hairline on Side 2; a few sporadic non-repetitive tics.  The laminated (serif font) New York 23 cover is in excellent condition; minor shelf wear on the back slick; four tiny staple holes at the upper left corner.  Personnel include Jackie McLean, Michael Mattos, and Larry Ritchie.  $100.00..
