Description

Freddie Hubbard "Open Sesame" with Tina Brooks, McCoy Tyner, Sam Jones, and Clifford Jarvis
Original Blue Note mono 1st pressing
Deep Groove with 47 West 63rd address on label
RVG and Ear in the dead wax
Very hard to find jazz LP
Cover: Nice shape. Strong front and back graphics. Some writing on the back cover. Some very light staining on the front and back covers. Some moderate wearing on the edges. 2.75 inch seam split on the top. Some moderate wear on corners (as shown in photos).
Inner Sleeve: Includes very rare original inner sleeve. The sleeve has some seem splits but still has nice, clear graphics.
Record: Play tested with no skips.  Plays beautifully with bold, powerful sound.  Light surface noise (light fuzziness in the background) is audible throughout the record, but the surface noise is most noticeable in a few quiet quiet spots. The record plays quite loudly so the surface noise definitely does not overpower the music.  No repetitive, loud pops or ticks.  Visually, the record has a nice gloss and I can only see one very small scratch that cannot be felt with a fingernail.  Clean labels.  Wonderful play copy!
