I am selling my personal record collection. Up for sale is The Mothers Of Invention, We're Only In It For The Money, Verve V6 5045X, uncensored 1st pressing, in stereo, blue label with silver star,  gatefold cover, original plain sleeve, with the sheet of Sgt. Pepperish cut-outs. This is a 1968 pressing guaranteed since I bought it myself. The dead wax has "V6 5045 MGS 1250-REV-F"etched in it. The song "Who Needs The Peace Corp" has the censored verse about loving the police, and the song "Let's Make The Water Turn Black" has the line about Mama with her apron etc. that was deleted from later versions as per Goldmine. I listened to the album before listing and the condition is very good. No skips, scratches, or other defects. Plays beautifully, but there is some light surface noise. Vinyl still has a high glossy sheen. The cover is in very good shape. On the back gatefold top there is a split in the cover about 41/2 inches long (see last picture), light corner bumps and wear, light soiling and light ring wear. My last name is written on the inside of the cover on the cardboard where it can only be seen if you look for it, and also faintly on side 2 of the record. Also on the back cover upper right written in black about 1/2 inch in size are the letters Q3. I will ship the record out of the cover to prevent any damage and ship in a record mailer.
