Rare original UK 45rpm 7" single in company sleeve; first pressing

My records are condition-graded in accordance with Record Collector's Grading System as follows
MINT (M): Unplayed, pristine condition, often still sealed
NEAR MINT (NM): The disc is in almost brand-new condition with no apparent surface marks. The cover and any extra items are in near perfect condition.
EXCELLENT (EX): The disc shows signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening of sound quality. The cover and/or extra items might have slight wear or creasing.
VERY GOOD (VG): The disc obviously has been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover and/or extra items is acceptable. Please note that 7" singles can be marked quite significantly yet will play well.
GOOD (G): The disc has been played so much that the sound quality has deteriorated considerably, perhaps with distortion; there may be several scratches. The cover and/or extra items may suffer from significant folding, creasing, spine splits, major discolouration, etc.

INSURANCE
Insurance against loss or damage by the postal authorities is available to the buyer upon request (UK mainland £0.72 up to £39 in value, £3.50 for over £39 in value; Overseas £5.00 up to £100 in value)
Please note that, whilst it is comparatively rare for items to be lost or damaged in the post (I use substantial professional packaging!), claims can be made only if the relevant additional insurance charges given above have been paid for by the buyer prior to dispatch. Where damage has occured both the original packaging and contents will be needed in order to make a successful claim.
Whilst I endeavour to dispatch items as quickly as possible after payment has been received and/or cleared, please allow 14 days for delivery in the UK, 21 days overseas, before reporting alleged non-delivery; you will almost always receive your items much quicker than this (I post out at least once a week, usually on a Friday) but delays can be encountered within the postal system after dispatch. Please note that items for which payment has been received after 12 midnight on the Wednesday are unlikely to be included in that same week's dispatch.

RETURNS POLICY
I offer a no-quibble full refund policy. Returns are accepted for full money back refund, including postal costs, in respect of any item returned in its original condition within 30 days after it has been delivered. Return postage costs will be paid for by the buyer unless there has been a significant error in the description and/or condition grading on my part, in which case I will also refund reasonable return postage costs. I will not charge a re-stocking fee.
