This Is Promo Label Copy, So Japanease Word "Sample" are Printed on Both Labels, A Numbered Sample Sticker Is on Back Sleeve.

Disc and Sleeve are EX.

The Grading Scale is MINT>Near MINT>EX>EX Minus>VG Plus>VG>Poor
