From the archives of a noted Australian rock’n’roll and entertainment historian comes this SUPER RARE piece of Australian rock music history. Flying Circus. Shame Shame / Early Morning 45 Single TEST PRESSING. Australian pressing. 1969. EMI Studios, Sydney. Cat numbers (A Side) 7MA.4741 and 7XCT.3271. In 1969, the newly-signed Flying Circus entered the studios to record their first single. This was it - Shame Shame backed with Early Morning However, this combination didn't make it to the airwaves with their first single actually being the boppy Hayride (a much better choice, in hindight), replacing Shame Shame. Record in Very Good Plus condition. Plain paper sleeve. Released in 1969 in two versions, an orange-label Columbia and a black-label Columbia.
