Flipper - Album Generic Flipper LP - Subterranean Records 025 - 1982 First Pressing - VG
This was the debut album from experimental noise punk band Flipper, issued by Subterranean Records in April 1982.
First pressing features back cover without Subterranean label logo so that front and back covers are identical, and labels without Insect Music BMI credit (subsequent pressings have one or both). Plain inner sleve with single-sided printed lyric sheet insert. No Subterranean catalog insert in this copy. Can also be identfied thru matrix runout info. Please feel free to verify features of various release versions on Discogs if you have any concerns.
Overall condition is VG. Vinyl is VG with some scuffing and a small scratch on side 1. Sleeve is VG with minor ring wear, corner dings, and a small stain on the front. Insert sheet is NM, no notable flaws.

Robert Christgau of the Village Voice called this album "crude, unremitting, and immensely charitable and good-humored (Iggy with Jerry's soul, I'm not kidding).... Existential resignation at its most enthusiastic."

Shipping in US via USPS Ground Advantage, it's a bit more expensive but you'll get it quicker with less likelihood of loss or damage. I do not ship Media Mail, please do not ask. (The only shipments I've ever had "go missing" were sent Media Mail.) Shipping to other countries is via eBay International Shipping.
