Description
If you're looking at this, you probably know what it is. Very rare, full cover LP of the first Stone Roses album, by Flaming Lips and friends, including Stardeath & White Dwarfs, Peaking Lights, New Fumes, Spaceface, Hott Mt, Depth and Current, Foxygen, and an un-credited Ke$ha. Only 500 ever pressed. Released on Record Store Day's Black Friday event in 2013.
I have previously sold this copy as new/never opened. In an attempt to preserve the contents, I never opened the plastic sleeve or removed the album from the original packaging it was in when I received it from Flaming Lips. When the buyer received it, he reported that all four sides of the plastic sleeve and the folded edge of the printed paper insert had been cut by the LP during shipping. I thought I was doing the right thing by shipping it exactly as I had received it. But, I agreed to accept a return and offered a full refund.
I've posted a picture of the paper insert that is damaged. You can see the cut in the crease where it's folded. I've also included a picture of the plastic sleeve that should be easily replaced. The vinyl is still in unplayed condition. Item is sold as is, at a significant discount, and returns will not be accepted. This LP will be shipped with the vinyl separated from the packaging and shipped in an extra paper sleeve and cardboard jacket.
