Fifth Flight - Into Smoke Tree Village - Rare Psych LP
Fifth Flight - Into Smoke Tree Village. Century (ST) 39398 (No Date). Local California Pressing. Black Label. Cover is in VG++ to VG+ condition, with a 4" seam split on the top part of the back spine and a light stain cover. Vinyl is in NM condition. Beautiful vinyl on this album. See pics for titles.
. Here is a little from a review of the album I found. "Century Records was a California custom record label which pressed thousands of small -run records for churches, schools and local bands. Fifth Flight's "Into Smoke Tree Village" is one of these delightful garage/psych jewels that occasionally crop up on the label. Into Smoke Tree Village, with it's rustic mill wheel cover is a garage psych album consisting mostly of covers, delivered with lashings of fuzz guitar and heavy, spooky organ. The stand-out track is surly the band's jawdroppingly awesome version of Neil Young's - Sugar Mountain, which over the years has gained a deserved reputation as a psych masterpiece."
