Live Direct To Disc - Limited Edition Vinyl itself is in VG+ condition (tempted to say EX).  Just played the entire album on my Bose system and it sounded great with no skips or pops. The sleeve has discount hole punch in the upper right corner.  There are also a few creases and some shelf wear on the spines.  I tried to document it as much as possible in the photos.  All in all I rated the sleeve as Good+.
