Faust - Self Titled Debut LP - Polydor 1st Issue

Sometimes I think this is the greatest record of all time. I do use it as a benchmark for new music, ie does it make me feel anything like how I felt the first time I heard Faust.

This is the original Polydor issue with the clear everythings. The inner was replaced with a Nagaoka sleeve which makes good sense although slightly spoils the look.

The vinyl is VG because although it doesn't appear to be marked there's quite a bit of crackle. I'm told this was usually the case with the clear one because it's clear vinyl. My personal copy is the black Polydor issue. The vinyl hasn't discoloured like many have.

The sleeve and inner are Excellent.

More fantastic records in my other items, I've got some Neu!, Can, Wire and many others.

I like the Beach Boys!

Like many of the records I'm selling today this came from the large collection of a busy man now aged 61. Due to the size of his collection many of the LPs were only played once or twice from new - some were never played and they were all properly looked after. His musical taste was towards the avant garde/free end of the jazz spectrum as well as being a fan of prog, psych and experimental music. I will be selling selected records from his collection over the next few years so please add me to your favourites list!
