This Is Promo Label Copy, Japanese Words "Sample" "Not for Sale" and Release Date are Printed on All Labels, A Small Oval Sample Sticker is on Front Sleeve.
Disc are EX, Sleeve is EX Minus (Original Yellow Colour of Left Side Titled Spine Was Faded Like The Photo # 5).
