Cover looks and appears to be EX, but there is a seam split along the top of the cover. Other than that, the cover looks wonderful! 
Record/LP looks and plays VG+ to EX, however there is a heat warp that affects the first 15-20 seconds of play on side 1 and about the first 30 seconds of side 2. Other than the heat warp, the record plays EX.
