ITEM DESCRIPTION
Mega rare original 1995 Colombia only LP, Los Fabulosos Cadillacs "REY AZUCAR" Record in EX+, laminated cover in VG+ very tiny hole made by the record label on left upper, this means it is an "out of print" item. It was imported by Mexican Sony Music, on back cover, an UPC sticker was placed on the original colombian one with Mexican Sony Cat. numbers (check Photos). Vinyl format in Mexico became hard to find at the end of the '80s due to the introduction of cd's and the rise of tapes, titles from 1989 to 1993 if any were produced in very low quantities and also were very hard to find and only few specialized store continue selling them. Mexico is probably the first country in the world to stop vinyl comercial production in1993. Their excuse, "no one buys vinyl format any more, records they are obsolete", record labels did disappear this format in mexican market, so, is this 1995 import shoud be the mistake that made someone to lose his job?
This is the only press available of this album, it is the last Cadillac's album to be released on vinyl format. Colombia is the last latinamerica country to stop vinyl comercial production in late '90s.
