rare German first press and limited edition 2LP set released on PRIVATE PRESS "FURTWANGLER SOCIETY" label with catalognumber F6 69310/11. Beautiful cream foldout cover with fantastic artwork and vinyl all AS NEW in pristine NEARMINT/MINT condition - perfect! Vinyl looks UNPLAYED ... best copy I have seen in many years - should grade mint but I will stay conservative. Famous performances by Furtwangler conducting the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra recorded with stunning audiophile soundquality...
Note that "Societe Wilhelm Furtwangler LP issues were limited editions available to Societe members only and not sold on the open market. About 40 editions were released between 1969 and 1988; year of issue is shown in the first two digits of the serial number.There should be about 400 or 1,000 records pressed per edition"....
