WB 2007 Maggot Brain by Funkadelic ...Ok I am about as main stream white toast as they come. I used to think this type of music was truly crap. I hated disco and still do. I was a great fan of 1960s SOUL like the staples .. Marvin Gaye, Sam& Dave, The Four Tops, Aretha Franklin, The Temptations just to name a few. The closest thing to Funk that I ever appreciated was Sly & The Family Stone which I have enjoyed immensely since 1968 when I first heard DANCE TO THE MUSIC. I also loved STAND and LIFE. My point is I didn't have any appreciation for the guitar work or music of Funkadelic until I bought Eddie Hazel's GAMES DAMES AND GUITAR THINGS. Now I understand what the deal is. Maggot Brain (the song) is perhaps the most interesting guitar work that I have ever listened to. This is a very hard to come by LP and I was shocked to pick it up lately, because it just doesn't come around often in this stated condition.

Cover: EX ... slight wear and one rough spot in the middle of the bottom seam.
Vinyl: EX This record is full of sheen and would appear to be almost NM- if not for several long ghost lines on each side that are the direct result of careless handling when removal from the paper sleeve inside the Uni-pak cover. The record's audible quality is not adversely affected by the mentioned marks.
