UK pressing from 1969..Cat# LK 4990 RED Label MONO ,UNBOXED LOGO with lyric sheet.

I have played the record throughout and it easily grades as EXCELLENT. There is light spindle wear on the label and only one obvious hairline stands out in normal light.In strong light there are many hairlines consistent with the record being removed from the inner bag.So again the vinyl visually grades as a very solid EXCELLENT.The item retains its original red Decca mono inner bag which has not worn through at any point.The lyric sheet is fully intact with no tears,defacements or stains.But it has started to discolour on both sides where it has been held.The cover is laminated on the front only and again is a very solid EXCELLENT.There is only a small amount of laminate lifting..the spine is fully intact so the gold lettering can be read perfectly and the back cover has minor scuff marks only.

There were 600 sales credited to the first Genesis album and there were twice as many stereo copies pressed according to the Genesis site that I looked at.This is the rarest pressing of this album,and though not in mint condition it is a solid excellent throughout.
