This is the cleanest copy of this album that I have ever seen..I doubt that a better copy will or has ever come up for sale..

Non laminated gatefold sleeves  (As we all know), are so prone to damage and ringwear..

This has only the lightest wear to the corners and the disc is in SUPERB condition!!....

I would grade this sleeve as Near MINT and the disc visually EX+++ and play grade MINT..

THE DISC..

Overall the disc looks SUPERB..

There are 4 TINY hairlines..2 to each side..They are really minimal and non sounding...The moment the stylus hits the record there is silence until the music starts..The music is clean and undistorted and there is NO distortion or damage at all..

The disc is still really bright and shiney...

Both sides play PERFECTLY!!..
 
NO jumping..
NO sticking..
NO clicking...
NO crackle!!

THE LABELS..

Clean and undamaged with clearly legible text ..There is MINIMAL spindle wear to the areas around the centre holes..

NO rips..
NO tears....
NO stickers etc. .
NO writing... 

THE SLEEVE..

The sleeve is non laminated and gatefold.

It really is in stunning condition..

There is VERY light wear to the bottom of the spine...Less so to the top of the spine..(All the text on the spine is clearly legible)..

The opening edges are straight and crisp and there is absolute MINIMAL rubbing to the edges....

NO rips..
NO tears..
NO writing..
NO seam splits...
