Label:   BLUE NOTE.  Monaural pressing on medium thick vinyl.  Label is blue/white with blue text, does not have deep groove.   Catalog number is BLP 4027.  

Label address is BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC * NEW YORK USA on both sides.  “R” registry symbol is at the bottom of the labels.

“RVG” and “ear” symbol are stamped in the runout area on both sides. 

Jacket address on reverse at bottom is BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC., 43 West 61st Street, New York 23, N. Y.

Condition: 

DISC:  Vinyl grades beautiful NM-/NM.  Appears to have been played one or two times at most, and handled with care.  Retains 100% of original gloss, with nice clean labels.  Would grade NM except for some very slight abrasions at the edge on one side which appears to have occurred in storage in contact with the inner sleeve and which produce only a few very slight ticks in the first track but no serious noise, pops, or distractions.  Fidelity is superb.  A gorgeous disc you will never need to upgrade.

JACKET:  Jacket is nice VG++.  Laminated front panel is clean and bright, with a few slight traces of surface wear just beginning to appear.  Nice seams and spine.  Light wear on bottom seam, and bottom right corner is just beginning to split (less than ½”).  Reverse has darkened slightly with age, and there is small factory stamp in upper right corner.  No writing, stickers or cutout indications.  Overall a very nice jacket to accompany the beautiful disc.
