Here's a super copy of the great and very sought after album "Tear Down The Walls" by Vince Martin and Fred Neil (accompanied by Felix Pappalardi and John Sebastian.) This first pressing on the early Elektra Guitar Player label is in NM/M condition and looks barely if at all played--just one light and non audible handling mark on one side. The laminated thick cover is perfect on the front save for a tiny ding just above the "AR" on the top edge where it says "TEAR". On the rear there is some moisture staining along the bottom edge that goes up a few inches on the left edge and in about half way up the right edge in a minor spotty way. This sounds worse than it is--it probably is visible in total on perhaps 5% of the back cover. This is as clean a copy as I've seen in a long time and the fact that it's the first pressing on that thick, guitar player disc, makes it all the more desirable.
