The Freak Scene -Psychedelic Psoul- Columbia CL 2656

The record that has it all- fuzz guitars, electronic effects, rambling stoned vocals, and even occasionally a hook-laden song! Produced and masterminded by Rusty Evans, infamous for the Deep and a long career spanning folk, psych, exploitation, and most recently, Johnny Cash tributes!!! Not the rarest psych collectable, but certainly a must-own in every collection of this kind of material. This is the mono version,loud and present and still, even without stereo,the music seems to swirl around like hippie dancers at a love-in. This is a solid VG++ copy, with one small inaudible mark and no spindle marks! The cover has just minor shelf wear. A stone classic.
