Shipping:
Items are usually shipped out 3 "business/mail" days after payment is received. The faster you pay, the faster we ship. We use USPS Media Mail, First Class Mail, and Priority Mail options.

**Please allow at least 1-2 weeks for standard domestic delivery time.**

International orders are shipped via USPS International First Class Mail and usually take 1-3 weeks from the time of shipment (varying by location). **Note: There have been some delivery time issues with overseas shipments in the recent past for reasons unknown to us. Although this is completely out of our hands, we find it necessary to inform you about it, so you can act accordingly. **Please be advised that tracking numbers are only available for US orders.

Shipping insurance is not included. So we highly recommend that you purchase insurance to protect your items from theft, misdirected, or lost shipments. We take great care in packaging your order, but we are not responsible for your items once they leave our hands.

Return/Refund Policy:
Returns are accepted on a strict approval basis only. **Sorry but items cannot be returned due to loss or damage during shipping if insurance has not been purchased.
