Description
New seller, old strange and unusual records. Up for auction is a Three (3) LP Record Album Box Set by FRANK ZAPPA titled THING-FISH, an Original Cast Recording. Typical Zappa styled weirdness done in a Ruben And The Jets Doo Wop fashion. Includes Three (3) LP Vinyl Record Albums, Inner Booklet and Mail Order Insert. The Vinyl records are MINT MINUS, look hardly played, The Outer Box has some noticeable seam, corner and spline wear and damage, inner booklet is VG++ or nicer, mailing insert is Mint Minus.

Visually all three lp's are MINT MINUS, look, play and sound like this set was rarely listened to. Near new looking shine, sheen and the newest of bright hi-gloss. All three lp's play loud, clear, crisp and close to brand new sounding clean, no tics or surface noise. No scuffs or really noticeable inner sleeve hairlines. There is a few very light spindle marks on two of the six sides around sharp-cornered center holes. Includes factory printed inner sleeve which have light bends or creases at some corner edges. Not severe but noted.
Outer cover box has quite a bit of shelf wear, scrapes to back cover, visible wear along edges and a major section of missing or ripped side edge along spline (please see photographs) I would grade the outer box container as GOOD PLUS to VERY GOOD MINUS. On the plus side there is no corner breaks on side edges.
Inside booklet has light wear, no noticeable damage or concerns and grades VG++ Inside mail order insert likewise looks VG++ due to a very small light spot on back cover side. Nice vinyl record albums with a slightly damaged and worn outer box.
