Description

FRANK ZAPPA - IN NEW YORK

***ULTRA-RARE MISPRINT COVER***

[UK 'DISCREET' PRESSING]
DISCREET K - 69204

Here's a biggie, folks! One of the most sought-after FZ vinyl pressings out there.
This is the original UK pressing with the recalled 'MISPRINT COVER'!!

Track listing on the back cover erroneously lists the song 'Punky's Whips' as the third track of side one. This song does not appear on the vinyl itself!!

These were the original covers that were printed by Discreet, before WB had the song removed from the final release.
A handful of the misprints made it into circulation, and this is one of them.

Overall condition is VG+. There is some discoloration,(a green tint), near the center of the front cover pic, but it is not too bad at all, and actually looks like part of the original shot. Other than that, aside from some typical edge-wear, this LP is in great condition.

It's killing me to part with this stuff, but times are tough, so I guess it's time.

DON'T LET THIS ONE GET AWAY!
I DOUBT YOU WILL FIND ANOTHER ONE OF THESE ANYTIME IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

Please email with any questions prior to bidding.
Thanks.
