FOUNTAIN ISLAND - SARAH COMPILATION - VERY RARE

I am strict with grading. Please study pics.
The cover is in VG. There are light bends and minor creases to top and bottom front and rear. The bends in pic 5 look worse than they are. There is just the tiniest corner wear. There are no splits, tears, spine damage, edge wear. 
The record is in strong Ex condition and retains its sheen, with barely a mark on it. It does have very occasional and very minor light background noise here and there. As with all records a light clean will rectify this. It is in really nice shape.
