Vinyl is strong VG+ (closer to EXCELLENT), very clean & well cared for!  Sleeve is VG+ with little general wear on edges/corners, few small creases, & back cover has old price sticker.  Includes inner sleeve in nice shape with little general wear, & includes 2 inserts.  See photos.
