Description
This is a fine original pressing copy of Flipper's live double LP, released in 1986. The record's title is of course a parody of John Lydon's PiL, while the foldout "Flipper on Tour" game-board jacket and enclosed sheet of game pieces seem like they're a sarcastic reference to the similarly gimmicky "Fish Game" that another Bay Area band, Country Joe and the Fish, included two decades earlier with their second LP. The foldout jacket is all but pristine with a couple of very small corner bends and very minor seam wear (M-). The discs are clean with only a little superficial scuffing (EX+). The record's three inserts -- the cardboard sheet of game pieces, a cardboard insert with track and recording info, and a photocopy with a cartoon and label order info -- are all in pristine or near-pristine condition.
I am in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their sleeves. The sleeves have been stored in plastic sleeves. Many records were purchased new. Most were played just 1-2 times and taped. I have visually graded all discs (since I no longer have a turntable), and have tried to err on the side of caution when imperfections are apparent.
