If you closed your eyes, there are times when you would swear this is early-period Yes.
Peter Banks' guitar work, in particular, is terrific, gambolling along in the multi-part powerhouse "Lifetime" and conceding nothing to his counterpart, Steve Howe.
Ray Bennett's bass is clearly modelled on Chris Squire - driving, up-front and a lead instrument in its own right.
Yet for all the moments where Flash seems to strain to match the complexity that came so natural to Yes, they still come away with much good music. There are individual passages on every song (the opening of "Monday Morning Eyes," the quieter passages on "Black and White") where the band nearly leaves the earth. On "There No More," they actually scratch at the door of the sublime, using Yes' "South Side of the Sky" as something of a template

Side One:
Lifetime (10:05)
Monday Morning Eyes (5:03)
Side Two:
Black And White (12:04)
Stop That Banging (1:50)
There No More (11:35)

LABELS: EXCELLENT+
Clean, unmarked labels which carry just a few spindle traces. The *FACTORY SAMPLE* sticker shows no sign of attempted removal
VINYL Visual: NEAR MINT
Both sides shine like-new with nothing but harmless light brush marks visible under bright
VINYL Audio: EXCELLENT+
Plays beautifully throughout with a
deep, rich, warm and bass heavy sound - no scratches, clicks or pops and only the slightest of surface on the quietest sections - nothing really - will probably disappear after a few spins
SLEEVE: VERY GOOD+
Good and solid with no structural damage - just some surface rub showing as a little ring front and back
