Rita’s Rare Finds sometimes lists albums we bought from a previous owner if the record is in excellent condition. Fear Itself falls into that type of listing. The cover is in fair condition but the record looks really good. This band is a psychedelic blues rock band I hadn’t heard of before now but I like their unusual sound. The lead singer Ellen Mcllwaine has a great voice and wrote some of the songs. This was their only album due to the untimely death of their bass player Paul Album. She went on to launch a stint as a solo artist later in her career. We are known for selling albums from the Haight Ashbury hippie movement years starting from 1966 thru 1970 when I stopped searching for the albums. This album is a good example of the new and different sounds coming out of those years. I hope you enjoy seeing what I found during those years and if you buy an album of a band you never heard of just remember I don’t sell albums I personally don’t like. Thanks for your support.
