Description
Fats Theus - Black Out. CTI, 1970. Vinyl is VG++ with a few very light marks. Cover is VG++ in original shrink. Front top right corner discoloration, mostly on shrink though. See photo. Great copy of one of Creed Taylor's earliest releases on the CTI label. Catalog number is 1005, so I believe it is the fifth release. The overall style is much more like the Prestige records from the same period. Personnel includes Idris Muhammad, Grant Green and Chuck Rainey. Recorded at Van Gelder Studios. Hard to find.
