FATS NAVARRO: "FATS-BUD-KLOOK-SONNY-KINNEY" LP - On SAVOY Records, MG-12011. Very rare vintage '55 jazz Lp! Original MONO 1st pressing with the classic dark red DEEP GROOVE labels. RVG etched in the trail-off on both sides. Thick vinyl, thick laminated cardboard cover. The personnel: Fats Navarro/trumpet; Kenny Dorham/trumpet; Sonny Stitt or Ernest Henry/alto sax; Morris Lane/tenor sax; Ed De Vertoil/baritone sax; Bud Powell or Tadd Dameron/piano; Curley Russell or Al Hall/bass; Kenny Clarke/drums; Kay Penton/vocals. The vinyl is in VG++ condition (beautiful sheen)!! The thick laminated cover is in VG++ to VG+ shape & displays nicely. There is some masking tape, approx. 3 inches, along the left edge. Very faint stain on back at top right corner. No cut-out marks, and the front cover graphics are particularly striking.
