This issue is VERY RARE record. 

Vinyl has some surface scratches, nothing deep, but maybe that's how should be? Looks like etching?

I do not know. See the last picture, as it's typical. 

It has generic inner sleeve and outer sleeve. That's how I got it. Again, not sure if that's original, but I could not find anything to compare to.

No comparable records on eBay or anywhere else (except one from Japan, but he has photo just a label and asking $334)

Vinyl plays nice, no skips, just some ambient noise when is no sound.

Vinyl looks like 180 gram thick vinyl, no warp, no chips.
