Description
Super rare test pressing of the second release by Fanta ‘C N-Diesel, who were an LA based hip hop / electro duo known originally as featured dancers on Soul Train. They made two 12” records in 1988 and 89, of which this was the second. This rare test pressing has hand written labels from Rainbo Records, which was a mastering studio in Santa Monica. Ultimately it was released on Mainline Records MLR 500-02. This copy has the added bonus of being in a cover for their third record, which was never released. They made the covers but never pressed the records. Some promo copies of this Come Get It record were put in this cover, just to use them for something, and to show a photo. Very rare local hip hop classic. Near impossible to find these test pressings, and truly impossible to find this rare third cover. The disc is in beautiful shape, with only a tiny superficial scuff or two. Plays absolutely flawlessly. The cover has light corner wear but barely. Really a nice copy. Impossible to find in any condition.
