Description
This is an original stereo UK pressing with steamboat labels, complete with the rare insert! Released in 1968 on Reprise, catalogue no. RSLP 6312. Comes housed within a front-laminated flipback Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve. This sleeve is a mono sleeve but has an official company sticker with the stereo prefix letters stuck over the original mono prefix of the catalogue number (STEREO RSLP stuck over MONO RLP). This was quite common at this time when the demand for mono pressings was much less than in previous years. Record companies often used the surplus stock of mono sleeves before using newly printed stereo sleeves. Matrix numbers etched into the vinyl are: Side 1: RSLP 6312 A-3G, Side 2: RSLP 6312 B-3G. CONDITION:
- Vinyl: Appears very good plus, plays as excellent. Labels are nice and clean with no writing.
- Sleeve: Excellent condition!
- Insert: Mint condition!
