Description

This is the rare, self-titled, original album by FAIRPORT CONVENTION on Polydor (mono).

It was from their pre-Sandy Denny days, and featured Ian MacDonald (Matthews), Judy Dyble, the wondrous Richard Thompson, Simon Nicol, (Ashley) Tyger Hutchings and Martin Lamble.

It epitomises the birth period of late Sixties folk-rock.

I would describe the condition the album as Very Good+, and the cover as possibly Excellent.

I am not a dealer and am just selling some of my own records (which I bought soooooo long ago - this one was just released in time to be my 21st birthday present!), so I may not be as comprehensive in my description as some.

ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE ASK.
