Factory Sealed Johnny Rivers -Realization 1968 Press Category # LP 12372
Vinyl Grade: Because the record is factory sealed, the grade is "mint".
Sleeve Grade: VG+ (Very Good +) - Overall the sleeve is in excellent condition. There is a bend on the top corner on the gatefold side and a little bit of wear on the top corner, where the sleeve opening is located (see pictures) Any other marks seen in the pictures is on the shrink wrap and not the sleeve itself.
Note to buyers/bidders:
All of the records in this collection have been kept in polybags and stored in a climate controlled storage unit for the last 30-40 years. I have every receipt from the storage facility where the records were kept, dating back to 1978. I have carefully inspected every record in the collection (that was not sealed) and none of the records have damage from extreme temperatures or moisture. I feel this information is important when deciding to purchase or bid on records I have listed on eBay. I want to assure you this collection was owned by a music lover who took extremely good care of their records and you can bid/buy with confidence that the sealed records are in exceptional condition.

Domestically, records will be shipped via media mail. Any record over $50 must be insured. If the buyer would like to use a different shipping method, I am happy to oblige.
