Welcome to 'Its the vinyl countdown' music auctions. Here you will find some of the most incredible rare records and music memorabilia for your collection. We play through most of the records, unless the item is clearly mint, or sealed..in which case we don't play them, thus maintaining their 'unplayed' status!  Obviously with some of these rare items there will be the odd 'anomoly' along the way , the odd little static pop or lead in 'sizzle' for a split second.. nothing is perfect we find! all systems differ, but we aim to describe these as accurately as possible for you.... PLEASE ENJOY THIS ITEM YOU ARE NOW LOOKING AT..

 THIS IS AN INCREDIBLE FIND AS PART OF A PRIVATE COLLECTION OF ROCK LPs from the 1970s

THE VINYL   MINT-

As you can see, this vinyl is the ORIGINAL UK  MAGNET pressing  -

SUPER RARE TO SEE AT ALL, AND THIS IS A STUNNING COPY ARCHIVED FROM NEW!

This 1st pressing is a superb vinyl which has retained its amazing glossy sheen and finish. There is no dulling anywhere and overall it is in incredible condition for an LP of this age. The edges are silky smooth, typical of these vintage pressings. We are seing fewer and fewer copies of this LP, so rarely do we see a copy at all like this.

We can see no light tiny spider lines around the centre hole, and no wear to the spindle hole whatsoever.

There are a few light whisp lines, and thats it-  nothing else!  No scratches or marks.  Clearly this LP has been archived for many many years, and therefore there are a few little dust specs on the vinyl when we slid it for checking..IT REMAINS IN ASTONISHING CONDITION.

On playing through we heard just the lightest intro static and that was it!

OVERALL THIS IS SIMPLY A MUST FOR ANY FINAL UPGRADE COLLECTION.

Correct MATT first UK issued earliest GATEFOLD sleeve  - with square SUPER WIDE spine & THAT RARE MAGNET PRINTED INNER SLEEVE. 

PRINTER CREDITS -  SHOREWOOD

 This is in simply incredible condition, quite amazing how it has survived so clean.

The edges are all super clean with  just some little traces of rub , and all colours and inks remain in outstanding condition- JUST SOME TINY TIP RUB AND ONE SMALL TIP DINK

No  ringwear - OR  ring press .

The open edge remains in super sharp shape, with just the tiniest feathering

The white spine edge is 100% sharp and no squash or rub at all, it has a some light discolour spots in  afew places

THE GATEFOLD IS PRISTINE -

We cannot add any more than this! ITS A STUNNER..
