BUFFALO SPRINGFIELD featuring Neil Young ~ incredibily rare Radio Station Promotional Pre-Release

1966 first U.S. pressing Ultra-Rare Original 1966 with withdrawn  song “Baby, Don’t Scold Me” --- instead of the subsequent hit single “For What It’s Worth”. 

ATCO records with the very first catalog number 33-200 

ATCO used two (2) different catalog numbers for this album: the Original/first number is 33-200, which is found only on the original, withdrawn version with “Baby Don’t Scold Me” - The item in this auction;

The second number 33-200-A was used on the more common version with “For What It’s Worth” instead of “Baby Don’t Scold Me”

What we have here is the very first catalog number: 33-200 mono white labels with the large ’ATCO’ logo on top (the primary ATCO label for the 1960’s) and ”Sample Copy Not for Sale” text on the labels. Thick cardboard original cover (american style) with pasteboard back covered with a label and laminated shining front cover in Very Good condition!

The front cover has the promotional "DJ Copy for Promotional use Only" original orange sticker.
  The back cover is covered with an ATCO sticker that covers the back of the jacket (see pictures below)

Super clean, wear-free labels. Thick, heavy vinyl pressing with matrix number in trail-off vinyl (dead wax) ends (c-12453-A at W) and (C-12454-A at W).

This is the original, authentic, first U.S. Pre-Release pressing Radio Station DJ Promotional White final collection copy!!!

I AM NOT A COLLECTOR, just an owner, so please look carefully at the pictures and ask questions before bidding. 

·     VINYL: Very Good - The original luster is fully intact and the vinyl shines and sparkles like new. There are a couple of audible clicks but very clean. There a couple of small scuffs that I can only hear between tracks but not during the music.
  ·     FRONT COVER: Very Good - has intials MDH in upper right corner
  ·     BACK COVER: Very Good - has a label that is the back cover
  ·     SPINE COVER: Very Good - has some breakage and a 1 inch split on the bottom
