Description

Excellent Mono first pressing of Blue Mitchell, The Thing to Do, Blue Note BLP 4178. First pressing with Plastylite “Ear” and Van Gelder etched into run-out grooves. Blue Note Records, Inc, New York USA on both labels and back cover. Some fading on labels. See photos for details. VG+/VG


LP: Very Good Plus (VG+) condition with nice shine on decent weight vinyl. No skips, clicks, or pops. Beautiful rich full-sounding Van Gelder production intact. Great daily use copy for your listening pleasure.

 

Cover: Very Good Plus  (VG+). Cover in very good shape with small amount of wear to bottom of sleeve and one inch split near LP opening; back cover clean with small amount of foxing. See photos for details. 

 

LP will come in protective Mobile Fidelity archive-quality sleeve. Cover will come in thick vinyl protective sleeve.
