Description

This is the original deep groove (Side 1 only, as issued) Van Gelder-stamped mono pressing of Eric Dolphy “Out to Lunch” on the New York USA labels of Blue Note BLP 4163.   The playing surface is in near-new condition, with superficial inaudible imprinting from the previous owner’s substitute inner sleeve.  The coated New York 23 cover is in excellent condition - bright and clean throughout – with light rubbing along the bottom seam.  Original illustrated Blue Note inner sleeve is included.  Personnel include Freddie Hubbard, Bobby Hutcherson, Richard Davis, and Tony Williams.  $300.00.
